Daily Cleaning Routine

OPEN DOOR

  • Ensure Interior of machine is clean & brushed
  • Replace the brush

FillFILL WITH MILK/CHOC/BEANS

  • Lift the bean-hopper lid on top of the machine;
  • Fill with product
  • Ensure the coffee bean shutter is fully open
  • CLOSE LID

FLUSH THE MIXER BOWL

  • Place yellow service key into position (Display reads ready for use)
  • Position a cup as for drink
  • Press button marked flush on inside of door
  • REPEAT until water runs clear

REMOVE DRIP TRAY & WASTE CONTAINER

  • Open door & place yellow service key
  • Empty & clean drip tray & waste container
  • Replace
  • Take out yellow key
  • CLOSE DOOR

Weekly Cleaning Routine

  1. Remove the middle Mixing Bowl + Lift up & pull out Funnel Below from spout (pictured above left and middle)
  2. Separate the extraction draw into 2 parts (pictured above right)
  3. Thoroughly clean in dishwashing liquid
  4. Thoroughly dry with clean tea towel
  5. REPLACE
  6. Clean inside chocolate nozzle using a stir stick or similar (back of spoon) to breakup choco build-up
  7. REPEAT daily cleaning routine

Troubleshooting

If display reads out of order, press any button on front of the machine for fault:

WATER FAILURE or WATER

  1. Check the water is connected, turn machine on & off

WASTE CONTAINER FULL

This is the only way of resetting the machine otherwise this will continue to occur

  1. Insert Yellow Key or Leave Door Closed
  2. Pull out drip tray & coffee waste container
  3. Push & hold bottom right selection button on front of machine; eg mocha
  4. Display reads PASSWORD####
  5. Switch OFF - then ON at wall or door
  6. Insert tray & coffee waste container

WATER LEAK

  1. Insert yellow key - turn clockwise
  2. Press right button on inside of door marked prog
  3. When statistics appears on display press prog button again
  4. Display reads present failures
  5. Press bottom right selection button on front of machine
  6. Machine reads working briefly – then present failures
  7. Remove yellow key & CLOSE DOOR
